You'll have to close the chargeback to be unbanned, and if you've already done so, start a conversation with CypriotMerks or email the address that should be provided in your ban message and take it from there.
Thanks Lycel. First I tried to email the address in the ban message, but the email comes back to me us undeliverable. It doesn't seem to like my gmail address. I also messaged CypriotMerks but I haven't heard a response yet. Any other suggestions. I would really like to play again this weekend! huntert95
That's very odd that you can't email the support email, but if you see Cyp online on the forums at some point, perhaps bump your conversation to the top of his inbox by replying to it. That's the best we can do for now until or unless he replies here or in your convo.
