8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Because I have no idea what chargeback is and don't know why I'm banned. I have no idea what chargeback is so can you tell me what it is and how I can "close it"

 

Chargebacks are where you take back the donation that you give to the server. This causes the server to lose money because, not only do they lose the money that you donated, but the server gets charged an additional fee too for processing the transactions.

The only way to close the chargeback is to close it (basically by taking back the actions which caused the server to lose the donation that you made). Once that's been done, contact Cypriotmerks and he can verify that you've closed the chargeback, and you'll be unbanned.
