I would say no more mods i think that there is enough mods on bcz there are at least 2 on at all times and they help with anything and make sure it resolved but i do think there should be more only forum moderators
Impossible to see a mod all the time. Right now, I would have been moderating. So right now, instead, Im posting things to help others on the forum. Demon is active but she can only be on for a bit. I used to cover 6pm-11pm my time which is where the american mods mainly have school, and that was the time there were no mods on. So we dont need more mods, we need to not lose active mods.
also, we need existing mods to be more active when they can. been a day or two at least since ive seen a few newer(new or newly upgraded to higher mod status), and existing mods also, dosent help much but im sometimes on from, 11-12, to about 12am so i do see alot of mod gaps. have too much time on my hands i know, but anyways yeah.. weekdays at least very few mods :/
averaging blocks of 2h un-moderated compared to one mod coming on for an hour when the server still is having over 100 people. Something has to be done :/
I noticed a gap in MODS being on as well. Got to say I believe its probably because most kids are back at school now. I was recently griefed badly and had no MODS on as soon as I would have liked them to be.
During about 8:00-3:00 EST, I don't see any mods on really. I am in school, but I'm on then because my schedule is weird.
11am-6pm awst and sometimes up to 8pm, weekdays This is the time when there are generally no mods on for periods of about 3h at a time. And only one mod within that time will spend longer and half an hour. Granted that time is quiet, it still doesnt matter since anything could happen that would require assistance from mods. I never realised that time was under-moderated so long as I moderated that time. Now its frustrating. We do not need more mods, I think we mods who can get on the server in the times there are no mods available generally. There needs to be a balance and right now there isnt a good balance.
