Ghost Spiders?

    I have recently been playing Skyblock when I was attacked by a "ghost spider" is this part of Minecraft or something because it's pretty creepy. My coop and I occasional see it wandering our island.
    What do you think of this "Ghost spider"? 2014-04-20_22.37.50.png

    These "Ghost Spiders" are a part of Minecraft. It has something to do with spiders spawning with potion effects.

    Edit: The spiders spawn with the invisibility potion effect.

    ah that would explain it we had a spawner spawning them.
