[Forums] Custom "Smilies"

    Well, I've been working on some "Smilies" or forum Emoticons I guess, but everytime I try to make one my sig it shows... [​IMG] , and I think this is either a glitch that should be fixed, or maybe just something un-fixable, in any case, maybe, if it is a glitch, it should be fixed. Byye.

    Also i dont know if this is the same for you guys but some smilies appear twice on the list :p
    but we need a :3 cat smilie too :D
