I think that it was a silly mistake that I was snooping around and saw a stack of dirt in the chest, if I was to ever encounter a similar situation, I would approach differently. Hi Bloxy , thank you very much for being honest in this appeal , that is always a very good start .

You didnt just take 49 dirt , you also took a bucket and sand .. Why did you think it was ok to take this items ?

Also please list below all of the items that are illegal to trade to make sure this wont happen again .

1. Dirt (Starter item, you need to vote for more (you get grass blocks))
2. Sand based items [Sand, Sandstone, Smooth Sandstone, Chiseled Sandstone, Stairs Sandstone, TNT] (Starter item, donate to get a kit to get more) [Glass, Stained Glass, Glass Panes, Stained Glass Panes, and Glass Bottles are allowed on .Net. Only Glass bottles on .Org]
3. Gravel based items [Gravel, Flint, Flint and Steel] (Was a cheap item, and it can be used to kill AFK people at their island.)
4. Silverfish Spawn Eggs (Can be used to grief without creating logs)
5. Steve and Wither Skull Heads (Withers are self explanatory, they are bosses. Steve heads I am not sure, sorry)
6. Buckets [Lava, Water, Milk, Empty] (Starter item, get more by getting iron)

Great thanks for that , so tell me why did you think it was ok t take this items if you knew they were illegal and how can I be sure you wont do it again ?

 

I wasn't sure if they were illegal, I thought if they were in the chest, they weren't going to do any harm if I took the items. You can be sure I won't do it again, now I have read the rules etc I'm not keen on getting banned anymore.

 

Ok Im going to give you a second chance , This appeal has been accepted and you will be unbanned within the next 24 hours . Dont break the rules again .
