Hi so i have messaged Cyp and no response. I have made a post on this thread and all said to message Cyp. Messaged a mod and no response. It has been 2 weeks since i asked if someone could move my donator rank over servers because i bought it on the wrong one and i have gotten no response. Ill post my receipt but honestly i just want a refund at this point. Yes i like the server but the lack of response ive been getting is honestly annoying and i will message my bank in a couple days if this gets no response about the issue. (Note: I have blacked out my name and address from my payment form)
There isn't really a way to get a refund without being banned. You will need to wait for CypriotMerks to respond.
