so lets say player A. is a donor 50, then upgrades to a donor100, player A has /kit donor50 and /kit donor100

lets say player B. wants to get donor 50, but instead just saves up to get donor 1oo straight away. player B now has access to only /kit donor100

Player A and Player B both spent the same amount of money, but Player A has more perks.

it is my opinion that when you buy a rank, you also get all the perks from the previous ranks. most server i play on have this, and it works just fine.

it would also motivate players to donate more, because they are getting not only that rank's kit, but all the kits from the ranks below it.

ranks also include a few items they give you for free straight away, those items im not sure if you would get from buying the higher rank, because if not it might kinda please people who might show no support on this thread

 

No support. This would make donors be extremely rich, and the economy will be ruined.

 

You don't get both kits anyways. I had donor50 and donor10 when I was donor50 for some reason, and now I've only got donor100.

It is a perk of donor400 to have all other rank's kits, by enabling this system you're devaluing their rank, therefore no support.

 

As far as I can tell, it's not related to your previous ranks. When you become a donor, you get pex'd to that donor rank, and you get the permissions of that rank - it doesn't differ from person to person, and people don't have multiple donor ranks at once. Therefore, all donor levles have the same kits: All donor50s have donor10 and donor50, all donor100s have donor100s have donor100 alone, and all donor250s have donor10 and donor250. I have no idea why this is, but it's not based on what ranks you've had previously.
As this is a special feature of the donor400 rank, this would make the upgrade less cool.
I would like all donors have have donor 10, as some of the do and some don't for an unknown reason, but I don't think that donors should get all the previous donor's kits.

 

no that's not how it works

if you have donor50 and you upgrade to donor100 you don't get both kits. whereas if you're donor50 and you buy donor100 you get both the kits.

regardless, this isn't going to happen because having all kits is an actual perk of donor400 and i doubt anyone wants to devalue that rank
