I heard donors should get a spawner because they paid for their rank, well i tried /kit spawner but it sis i have no access to the command :/ plz help me ...

A rank and /kit spawner are separate. When it says you receive a spawner it means it just gives you 1 spawner for getting that kit, but if you want more spawners than you can get ranks that include spawners or just get the spawner kit.
