Was this an incorrect ban? It was a punishable offence but not worth a week. Were you ever banned before on Teamspeak? If so, what for? Once for death threats which I didn't really see to be death threats, but it's how the mod seen it. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Harassment is something that is reoccurring insults or threats. It was once. It was one image, that I did not make. I didn't "use" his photo. It was linked into chat. He joined the channel I was in. It wasn't HIS channel. Saying you don't believe me when I say It won't happen again is bias, Krissy. I hardly ever break the teamspeak rules. That's all I ever really go on anymore. I believe I should be unbanned because I haven't broke the harassment rule before. It was my first offence. I know what I did was wrong. I even said after posting the link in the chat, that I shouldn't have posted it, that I am probably going to end up banned. He didn't hear it because he had me muted. He didn't warn me, he didn't kick me, and I never received a valid ban towards harassment. I understand that the image was of him, but he posts his pictures publicly in IRL pics. I didn't make the image either. It was created by someone else, but that's irrelevant. I was told my ban would revert to a 30 minute ban, but when I went to go check it was a week ban. Which makes no sense. It's not fair that because I broke the rule once I get this long ban. I already told Krissy I wouldn't do it again. But she's fixated on it being a week ban. Why have an infraction system if you're not going to follow it? Krissy was telling me that all these mods agreed with the ban, but according to one of the mods that supported the ban, didn't know that it was a 7 day ban, for a first offence. It wasn't poked to him, it wasn't messaged directly to him. He had the choice to open it, so there for it wasn't forced upon him. If anything this was disrespect. Harassment is an occurring thing, something that's constantly pressured, or intimated, even abused, and harmful towards one person. This was my first offence. Which doesn't make sense. I did not break a rule just because of the infraction system. I looked up the infraction system and what not due to the 7 day fricking length. I do not want Krissy dealing with this appeal. She is bias and makes rude claims like I am ignorant.
