/jump well jumps you to the location your mouse is pointed at

 

The area under skybase is a Cake room. I believe LukeOfLight created it and put creeper spawners because he wanted to. There is no specific way to get in there without /jump. Which leads to your second question. /jump is a command given to 25+ donor that allows then to teleport to the location they are staring at. When looking at a something above you, it will teleport you on top of that object. If nothing is above you and you look up then type /jump, you will be teleported to the lowest block possible that is below you.

 

i believe that if u wanna be able to fly save your $25 and when u get $65 buy highroller becos not only do u get the sick title of HighRoller you get fly lol i dont think the should change the price just cos u think they should its there server their rules and they say how much u donate to beable to get the perk of flying
