I randomly got muted for no reason at all. Players were fake messaging and I got kicked four times to be exact. The only Mod on the server was Artsie. Please un-mute me and please get better Admins and Mods.

You obviously broke the rules, it's not "no reason." You got four warnings, and that's surely enough.
Better mods and admins? They're doing their jobs incorrectly? No, you're just not following the rules. Although you may not see them punished, they are still being punished. Just because someone else does something, it doesn't give you an excuse to do the same.

Also, are you appealing, reporting a moderator, or suggesting something?

 

I am suggesting to unmute me. I enjoy interacting with other players. There was no reason at all for me to be muted. Period. To be exact, I was at my island building while this happend. Again, my username is, Wool_Miner.

You aren't showing an apologetic attitude, and our moderators are just fine. Doing their jobs correctly isn't a reason to demote them and replace them.
