Hello. Firstly I want to say that I noticed that bans for Griefing would not permit to get an unban, but I never griefed anything and I really need to understand what happened. Please take at least the time to explain it to me.
    1. In-game name: RayCharlZ
    2. Full exact Ban Message: Kicked whilst connecting to hellblock: "Banned:\nGriefing -appeal at skyblock.net ~Malfoy"
    3. Did you read the rules ? The ones which were ingame. I didn't read anything else.
    4. Why do YOU think you were banned? I really don't know. I never destroyed anything that I don't own.
    5. Was this an incorrect ban? Yes
    6. Were you ever banned before on Hellblock? If so, what for? No
    7. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Because I'm a serious player who just wants to have fun.

Here is the evidence of your griefing:

You also completed the bridge that was started towards your island:

    Do you remember doing this?

Yes, I remember... I was curious, I wanted to see where it was going. When I found this desolated and abandoned island with some dirt, I took it. This island was already almost destroyed and I don't think that it would have changed anything for the owner of this island if I took this dirt. Do I really worth to lose my island for a few dirt blocks? I think that "grief" is an excessive term...

Please read the full rules here: The Rules in the Most In-Depth Form | Skyblock Forums
As it says, griefing is placing/breaking any block even if it is just one cobblestone. Dirt is also an illegal trade item and grass blocks are very expensive. How would you feel if someone came and took your dirt?

You're right, it would be a big problem for me and I don't deny it. I just thought that it would not hurt anyone if I took this dirt from this abandoned island. However, I understand what you are meaning, especially if dirt is an illegal trade item. I'll read the rules and I assure you that you will never have to ban me again... but please, give me back my island, it hurts a lot to lose it for a few blocks when I think about the time I spent on my island...

Please read the rules now and give me a very brief summary of them so I know you read them.

Hey, but you're my English teacher! I caught you!... No time for jokes? Well then...

    Intro :
Don't post into rules thread if you're ban. Some links about where to appeal about bans. Some links about reporting someone. Not a lot of people know the rules and then it resulted in a lot of reports and bans.

    Rule 1 : No griefing.
Griefing can be defined as stealing. In some way bridging is griefing, cause it usually leads to it. A griefing has almost no chance to be unbanned on the second time, but it is possible at the first one. It can be spotted thanks to logs. Looting, which implies chests, is griefing. Hacking is griefing and is uncommon. Some kind of 'griefing' is legal : a donor helping someone for example. Island limits is 49 blocks from the bedrock one, which means a 100*100 square.

    Rule 2 : No scamming.
It is stealing of a thrown item. Chargeback is also scamming: paying to have a donor state and cancel the transaction. The only way it can be legal is a trade.

    Rule 3 : No advertising.
Don't advertise server that aren't from Noobcrew. It can be legal only if asked by another player and answered thanks to /msg command.

Rule 4 : No killing other in non PVP zones.
Never kill anyone in a non PVP zone, it is always illegal.

    Rule 5 : Don't disrespect.
Injuries aren't liked by anyone and not tolerated.

    Rule 6 : Don't SPAM.
Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages are checked by Pwnfilter. It can seldom results in a ban, and usually results in a kick.

Rule 7 : Do not Island farm.
It is restarting islands a lot to illegitimately get items.

Rule 8 : Do not trade illegal items.
Dirt, sand based items except from glass based items, gravel based items, silverfish spawn eggs, Steve and Wither skull heads, buckets, sponges, bedrock, mycelium, ice, god items, podzol.

Rule 9 : Do not own illegal items.
    Ores.

    Rule 10 : Do not /nick abuse.
Do not use a nickname that is too far from the original name or which can be too 'famous'.

Rule 11 : Hacked clients are allowed.
    But not all hacks.

Rule 12 : Mods are allowed.
Mods that add blocks, that optimize client and that permit to access all items.

Rule 13 : Have an appropriate skin.
Anything that a person who is 5 can see without any problem. Or at least, don't leave the island with the unauthorized skin.

Rule 14 : The mods can only ban with a reason.
It must have a specific reason to get banned. However, a bad reason is usually accidental. The hack of the account isn't an excuse.

    ...

Do I have to also summarize the part 2?
