When I went into a private conversation about this, cyproit merks checked the people who had logged in using my ip. One person was my brothers account "nukeist". He was banned for "Under investigation" and artificiallity has chosen to keep him banned. DESPITE EVIDENCE THAT OTHERWISE SHOWS THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED! The evidence is from a private conversation, and is shown below.

I've already seen everything you have to show me. You and your brother strangely type exactly the same although you claim he's "just a kid and thinks my ban is funny", when he's the one writing, suddenly he's as eloquent as a grown man. They would need to have hacked your forum account as well, since the hack was NEVER mentioned in your ban appeal, and your IP here on the forums hasn't changed one bit on your current account.

This will get you nowhere, nor will it your brother. Your "claimed" brother might still have a shot at an unban, if what you're saying is true, but I still need you two to prove to me that you're brothers. The burden of proof is on your side.

As for you and your fraud, there is nothing to do. I thought we'd covered that multiple times.

 

Have you CHECKED the IP addresses from the forums? I was not the one writing those previous bad appeals if you want to compare how my "writing is". I assumed that that hack went without saying. About my brothers writing, I was helping him write it. Besides, is that REALLY evidence? You are still ignoring the OVERWHELMING evidence that my account was INDEED HACKED, and, are assuming that my IP has not changed at all on the forums without checking (I know this because I was not the one writing those ban appeals in the past). Please consider what I have just stated before moving on to "locking and archiving"

 

However, since you appear to be fixated on the subject of us being brothers, lets do an activity.
step 1. Imagine that I have been lying the whole time about us being brothers.
step2. Look at the evidence that my account was indeed hacked (There is plenty of concrete evidence to support this claim) and the evidence that it was not hacked (There is some circumstantial evidence that supports this claim, like nukeist having about 90 diamonds on it)
step3. come to a conclusion.
The point of the previous activity was to point out the fact that it does not matter that we are brothers, because all of the concrete evidence proves my argument, and disproves your argument that I should be banned. It would be nice if you moved on from our genetic relationship, and our sharing of a household to avert your attention to the entire issue - my account was hacked (really look at the ip addresses) on skyblock.net forums AND on the server. It would be greatly appreciated if you only used real evidence in this ban appeal rather than things like "You brother writes the same way you do" yeah, of course he does. I helped him alot with his ban appeal.
Another note, my brother does have over 90 diamonds in his enderchest, and he earned them fair and square. From what I can tell in this appeal you have been ignoring all evidence to prove my argument, and only looking at the evidence to prove your own, similar to how a household argument might go. Many people are aware that household arguments are not very effective at causing both parties to understand each other, because each party only examines the evidence that supports their cause, and not the cause of the other party. It is your job too look at all the evidence equally, and come to a conclusion. You said nukeist had diamonds on his island that roughly equaled the amount stolen? That simply means that two unrelated events occurred at approximately the same time, and I am willing to bet that you may find either the diamonds stolen on ovenbakedbunnies's island, or the proceeds from selling the diamonds there. However, it is possible that the person who stole my account may have had a primary account that they were feeding the scammed goods to, but that account would not be nukeist! That is impossible, because once again, my account was hacked.

And if you plan to be doing alot of these ban appeals, I would recommend that you get comfortable with this list, as to avoid making yourself look like a fool.

 

Allow me to send you something:

I assume it's fairly easy to see the inconsistencies in the writing style. On occasions he'll type like a grown man, and on other occasions like a child. This is my point. I could find a pigeon in New York that I cared more for than your attempts to point out my logical fallacies (and mistakenly so). This is not the subject of the discussion.

The burden of proof that you two are brothers falls on you. You appealed your theft of 100 diamonds from the same IP as you're now claiming to be hacked from, so either you're still hacked, or you just took responsibility for stealing 100 diamonds and forged evidence in the process, without having any knowledge of it happening because you were hacked.

Address those two points, and provide me evidence that you're brothers, and an unimaginably good excuse for your forum IP not changing, in your next post or I will deny your appeal permanently, and any future attempt as well.
