I'd just like to start with saying that I'm not aware of how to check who banned me/why, or how long I'm banned for, so I apologize for the absence of that information in this appeal.

4. Not recently, but the server/other players constantly remind you what is unacceptable behavior.
   
5. I did help someone remove some blocks they no longer wanted and they even paid me for it :/ other than that I did do some griefing sometime last year when I first joined, but that was a long time ago and I've since restarted more than once.
6. Unless I am being punished for something I did months ago, yes, I haven't done anything wrong to my knowledge in recent history.
   
7. No, I've never done anything wrong much less been banned for it except for what's mentioned above.
8. If this was about what I did a long time ago, then I've long since given up doing mischief like that and have even become a donor since then. If this was something recent that I did, I sincerely apologize to whomever I offended as it was entirely unintentional.
