As consented upon, I will be reviewing this mod application. Starting with what I know of you. You are a successful tradeshop-baby. You are active on both the server and the forums. However I don't see you helping out that much, and I feel that you can be more helpful than you are being. Regarding your tradeshop business, you will have to make sacrifices regarding it(If you still run it) if you are going to be a moderator. You should ask yourself if you are willing to give up a good chunk of your enjoyment in-game and on forums. I still want to see you being more helpful though. From this, I rate you neutral.

First off, before I rate your mod application, I want to state that it lacks appeal. It needs some love regarding it's format. I will now judge your app:

First I do want to mention that helping out is a job; it's an unpayed job. Time to get nit-picky: Your first sentence is a giant run-on sentence. Some parts don't mesh with other parts of the sentence and they lack proper order. There are at least 3 sentences in your first sentence. I will advise you more on your grammatical errors in pm, there are way too many to fit into a single comment.

You should make the words in blue bold, and a slightly bigger size. I have more on this in pm.

I agree that mods should be considerate of others. That is a very good point, you have a good trait mentioned here. However you have a lot of grammatical errors again, I can help you in pm as I said above.

I appreciate your example of a wall between non-donors and donors, however I don't honestly see that much of an issue myself; it depends on the person. A moderator's job isn't to eliminate the wall between donors and non-donors, but rather to keep the server safe, moderating, and enforcing the rules. Your example at the end could use a little tweak.

Something you want to be careful is promising something you can't keep. Nobody is perfect, and we all make mistakes here and there. I know some members of our current staff team have been harsh on occasion, but error does happen. In spite of that, this is yet another good trait.

This part is both touching, and cringy at the same time. I guess some people take video games more seriously than I do. But regarding this, you need to expound. How would you make players feel more involved? Don't just say you could, go on and explain how you could and what you plan to do.

the best thing you can do is give people an estimate of how long you can be on average.


Overall on a scale of "excellent, good, fair, poor" I rate your mod app fair. It has a good amount of revising and reformatting that needs done. There are some things you should remove, and some things you should add and expound upon. Keep in mind that Cyp is the ultimate judge and he will be reading your application. Ask yourself: Is this something that would capture cyp's attention? If you would like more tips and help on what to improve, pm me. this mod app needs a lot of work.

All-in-all, My final rating for you is neutral. Once I see you more helpful, active, and I see a better application, I will support. Best of luck to you.
