Because I didn't start this as an arguement, nor did I submit any reports about the other party harrasing me still. Your team of staff have told me recently that contracts put in place to prevent harrasment that they claim wasn't working so they got rid of it, has allowed the same people to feel as if they can approach me like were best friends. Which isn't cool. I asked them to leave me alone.

Regarding my appeal, a player called jumper was on my island and was asking what an invisible mapart meant/is. So I tried to explain that I'd recently been selling them as my discovery in the server seeing how noone else had sold the map trick before me, and kitty butt's in to try take all the credit claiming their all hers and how she found it allegedly more than two years prior. Despite carpentry tables not being a thing back then, and that she hadn't sold it at all right up until she copied me by listing "her own copies" of the exact same map, and she kept the same name that, I chose, to give it. She could have listed it as a glitched map, or, as , kitty's extra special map, or something unique to her, so she didn't need to keep coping me doing what I do but undermining me and denying me my credit where its worth.

Kitty deciding to get defensive over me saying I sold it first here, makes no sense to issue me a report over. When what I said was entirely true and correct. I fairly told a player that was asking me what MY map was, and kitty tried to say I never discovered it here and bow it was all hers not mine.

Which is so unfair.

And then i get a 30 day mute. ???

Secondly, legend has let me know that I shouldn't speak of player punishments in game, I mentioned about a player being warned by staff before as tbey claimed to have never been told off. And in the approaching three years ive known them, I know that's not true. I didn't think about ongoing punishments, which is what ledgendcrsft reminded me of.

The summary of this, is protection of harrasment contracts got told to certain players they're stopping, and those players think they can start friendliness as if they never spent months,to years being hurtful towards me. I asked them to leave me alone, one player did Which Ill hold respect for, but kitty decides to get salty about it and starts a provoking arguement with me until she has a screenshot she can report and I'm fed up of it.
I can't have my own opinion in chat without kitty getting defensive and turning it into an attack at me.

all i did wrong was get upset when kitty tried claiming it wasnt my map to take credit over when it was and try to explain that she did in fact copy me by listing the same map, same name, etc.

My genuine concern about using /ignore, is that it doesn't do anything to help. All it does is stops me seeing the people being rude to me in chat, it doesn't stop the people actually from being rude,where the rest of the server still sees it.
It doesn't stop the petty behaviours. Like spamming my /ah sales just to flood my screen with their purchase notifications. Or repeatedly telling me that I'm unblocked to be their friends which I do not want to be. I'm not going to bother any more about selling my map because every time I advertise or talk about my trick to friends visiting me, kitty thinks she can straight up lie, and steal my sales.

Like, I can use /ignore foe the rest of my life and that still won't stop their behaviour towards me.

Me using /ignore does not force them to use /ignore, and they have multiple alts too, youre asking me to ignore, ALL of them, and yet theyre going to have accounts i dont know about thet they wont ignore me on and still uses to visit me.
Ignoring people only works if its done both ways entirely.

Had kitty ignored me the other day, instead of 'choosing to take offence and become,, defensive,," over me telling a player what MY map on MY island was, then she'd have had no reason to get upset when I explained to the player I was in fact the first person to list this for sale only to get kitty acting as she claims in defence, by forcing an arguement onto me that she could then screenshot, manipulate, and use against me. It's fricking predictable behaviour from her every time.



I've had all of these players ignored for long term. Before, until people started messaging me things that were being said and shared and spread about me. I can't report it if if I'm unable to screenshot then myself.


I didn't join the server with intents to talk to any of those players previously involved. Offline approached me as well as kitty, and I asked them to leave me alone despite the fact the contract has been voided it doesn't give them the right to start cuddling up to me. Offline was respectful about it and left me alone,,, after spamming me with friend requests and island invites.

Kitty was more civil at that time, so I let it slide without much complaint.

So when she suddenly flips out on me over claiming I wasn't the first to sell what was MY mapart trick, and she boasted about how she had the same mapart trick here for over two years, which doesn't make any sense seeing how it wasnt possible at all back then, and she kept arguing with me about me trying to explain to my friend on my island that my mapart was a trick I found and sold first here. Rightfully, the player that's communicating with me as a right to know this.

I wasn't saying, kitty don't sell the same thing. I was saying that she copied me, by listing the same thing, but also with the EXACT Same name I choose to give it.

She couldn't be unique and make it hers, she literally had to steal my idea and claim it was all her credit.


Ao yes this upset me, but I Don't feel like this is nearly as bad as kitty is forcing it to sound.

I wasn't rude to her I wasn't mean. I even said to her that she can have full sale over it and that I won't bother anymore simply because of how petty she got over my idea. She wants to profit by undermining my sales giving stuff away freely that I was about to make a sale on, then I don't care anymore. She can keep it all to her self and not let anyone else enjoy the server far as I care anymore. I destroyed the mapart shop for it. So its done for. Kitty can continue going round lieong to people that she was the discoverer, and credits are all hers etc, if it means that much to her that she has to file a fake report.

So If you want me to /ignore kitty ill do so. But it doesn't stop her abuse and her manipulating chat into arguments about me. Because everyone else still sees the ongoing bs.


You've had other players come to you on my side, they should also alert you that it's not myself causing the issues.

I didn't speak to offline again after asking him not to because he respected my decision.

Kitty lures me in with false kindess, only to then lash out at me in a way she knows will provoke me.

Reminder, that provoking players into arguments is literally against the rules.

I was involved in an argeument with kitty yes, but she entirely started this intentionally.

She could have done what offline does, and ig ore me first or leave me alone and yet she literally cannot do either for me.?

You want me to ignore her, I want proof that she's doing the same in all of her accounts.

[Post note. Oblivion HD shares the same computer room as kitty, they share screens and accounts. If kitty is required to ignore me on all her accounts then this also has to include oblivion. Whilst this report isn't about oblivion. I would feel uncomfortable with ignoring kitty and her many accounts, if she's still able to communicate or interact through oblivions account. I hope this makes sense]

 

Sorry to include this, but jajane is the most trust worthy player here. If she is able to see that kitties behaviour towards me was disgusting, then I'm saddened that staff cannot. I shouldnt have to keep my guard raised every day against kitty in fear that all it takes is her to force a single reaction she can screenshot and submit as her proof to get me punished. Other players have also spoken out to me in messages or across the chat and in discord about this too.

I'll add to this to also say that I do realise I should have simply stopped replying when kitty began to argue with me as that would have shown better behaviour from myself.
