GalaxysWithMessages#4083 Ban message: you were banned from skyblock for inappropriate chats. I have read over the discord rules I think this punishment was incorrect and correct, this happened months ago and I don't know why action is only being taken now, I understand the punishment but I don't understand the reason it was sent too late As said above, I think a lot of messages were against the rules, but I don't fully understand why action was taken so lately even after the after geo and I assume other mods knew several weeks ago I have never been punished on the skyblock discord before this I understand the rules and code of conduct.
Thank you for taking the time to appeal. Due to the severity of the comments made and how the user felt, I did not feel like it was appropriate to ask why the report was made over a month had past. However, the content of the report was serious enough to be dealt with now. Do you mind explaining why you chose to send these messages despite knowing they were against the rules? Were you aware that the other user was uncomfortable from what you said to them and about them?
mainly since the other user kind of sent them too, when i talked to them and said the things they didnt seem to care for awhile, then they blocked me then eventually they friended me again, then blocked me again
What do you mean by "kind of sent them?" Was there any indication of their discomfort? Why did you send these messages in the first place?
when I said the stuff they sent it back sometimes, and no there wasnt too much discomfort displayed until a little bit before they blocked me, and they also said something that i wont say to keep their privacy but kind of made me start sending this types of things
Did you at any point realize how inappropriate they were? If you would like to show how this was a two-sided conversation with these types of messages being sent from both users, you are more than welcome to send evidence of that in a following reply or DM me it privately on forums. I still think it’s odd that you deleted all your messages and have no other evidence of the messages being sent both ways. The messages made the other user very uncomfortable, and I don’t entirely believe that you understand how inappropriate they were.
ok. ill see if i can find any eveidence later, right now i dont remember anything else that is a lot of evidence
This isn't the place to create a report with your own evidence though. I'm more concerned on whether or not we should let you back onto the Skyblock Discord, considering you have made several inappropriate comments.
