    Hello, wow it’s been a while, I’m 22 now and thought I’d pop back on to try and obtain redemption for myself after all these years.

    • Platform or server punished on: global, I believe.
    • Ban message if applicable: The ban hammer has spoken.
    • Have you read the rules? I have, I also enforced them on one of noobcrews servers back in 2015.
    • Do you think this punishment was incorrect? I’d like to think it was an overplayed ban, although I believe my toxicity back in the day exacerbated the reasoning behind it, so yes and no.
    • Why should you be unbanned?
      look, I remember playing this server back in 2013, I have a long history with it, I enjoy the community and I brought forward a lot, especially financially, obviously that would be nepotistic to unban be for just financial contributions, I have changed, I am a different person then I was when I was a young teenager. I have no intention or interest to cause any disturbances, I study veterinary medicine full time and I’ve grown a lot as a person. My ban resulted in spamming the chat, toxic behaviour and not adhering to the rules, this is something I regret deeply and I would love the opportunity to have one last play on a server I grew up with.
    • Please list any other times you were punished on Skyblock: a multitude of times.
    • If you know, tag the staff member that banned you: Most mods between 2013-2017.

    I hope you’re doing well, Stel. I wanted to reply to inform you that permanent bans are not meant to be appealed, and it is likely that your appeal will be denied. I would also like to mention that it may take an extended amount of time to review your appeal as many staff members were involved in your ban and there are a multitude of punishments that must be reviewed. I only commented to let you know of what will likely come out of this appeal, but will not be further handling your appeal. Again, I truly hope all is well in your life and that you’re doing better.

    Thanks Agent, I do appreciate your correspondence- all that I can do is appeal and try my best. Hopefully there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

    Stel, the staff team has deliberated over your long history of offenses. Your were originally permanently banned due to brazenly breaking nearly all the server rules. On top of that, you encouraged many other players to break the rules and disrespect staff members. You persistently used highly inappropriate and sexual language in public chat. You harassed people, bullied them, doxed them. You abused the /nick command to frame other players as if they posted highly inappropriate messages. You used multiple accounts in game and on forums to just to be rude and offensive to others. You threatened to SWAT a staff member. You caused people to quit playing on Skyblock. You had this kind of behavior for years before you were finally permanently banned.

    Your statement above fails to acknowledge the actual harm your words and actions caused to the community. What you did went far and beyond just toxic. You did not express any remorse for any of your previous offenses. Your past appeals were so flippant and you did not respect the responses from the staff members who asked you to change your behavior. You used numerous alt accounts and also had your friends post appeals on your behalf. You took nothing seriously and acted out on other platforms after the in game bans. You broke the same rules you were banned for after the ban time ran out.

    Nothing in the above statement provide any guarantee that you have changed for the better. Nostalgia for old times is an opportunity to engage in familiar behavior, which would be breaking rules again. The passing of time is simply that. It does not mean people have matured or learned from their past. And your response quoted above does not indicate anything of that nature.

    The permanent ban will still stay permanent. You are not welcome on this server. Please do not appeal again.
