Soo about 2 months ago, I tried to get lavagod. I offered my pumpkin head and some cobble and to my surprise, he accepted. So after I put my stuff in a chest in my island he just grieved it and took the contents inside and just said he upgraded me. So of course I thought something was wrong and i was about to call it off, but i just let it go and he said hes going off now. Now, Xel just gave me the cobble that the scammer took and is now banned but I still could'nt obtain my pumpkin head. So, can any of you mods or something fix this problem? Well, as far as I know, this is a RWT (Real World Trade) and moderators do not refund anything that is outside the server. Not to sound rude or anything, you should not get a refund of the pumpkin head, as it's a risk that you're willing to take. If you would get the refund, so should everyone else that has been scammed in RWT trades. There isn't a thing such as creative on Hellblock for moderators, only admins (of course) has creative.
I can try asking Xel if you will get the other half back, but like Tube said it was a real world trade but you got the first half back so maybe you will get the second half back. If so, it will take time like Laura said.
The cobble I returned to you was a HUGE favor as, like the others have stated, we do not refund trades done for ojects, or items not supported by the normal MC game. This includes trades for money, rank donations, favors, or anything else who's root lies out of the game. The pumpkin head is lost but you did recive the cobblestone, which is a cornerstone piece for the server. Thank you for your understanding.
