nobodys name is being changed

I asked Terrick about it and he said that Cyp is able to just remove the color characters because they change my username so my skin doesn't show because I am NarcissaMalfoy to the server but actually NarcissaMalfoy27. I know that there are some other people with the same problem and their name is just white even though they are donors and it fixes the problem.

yer yer, exept Cyp is busy alot and i doubt it will happen anytime soon,
