I never said you didn't have the right to be angry, but you do not have the right to be disrespectful to the staff, as well as threaten the server by "sueing" it, or going back after the money that was donated, usually by charge backing. That alone is a serious issue.

Well that is fine, but then your friend shall be punished for it then. If he does go after his money in anyway, which like I said is known as charging back, he shall be permanently banned from the server.

I know that, I never assumed that you didn't like me, and as I previously stated I understand you are angry, as you have been banned, but you cannot have out bursts and rage at the staff, or other players. It simply doesn't help your situation at all and in fact hurts it if anything.
