1 do mobs spawns openly or are they in a specific area
2 what is god mode?
3 can i be grieved here?

Mobs don't spawn openly, you can get a spawner or use spawn eggs(but spawn eggs are broken)
God mode is something donor 100's+ have, what they can do is put all enchantment on a item, Those items are called God items.

Grieving is against the rules. but be careful about who you allow because it does happen. If a person's not allowed they can still stomp on crops and kill animals. So I would suggest only allowing friends or people you trust on your island and doing /lock to make sure nobody else can get on your island. If you keep your island open lock your animals up and put a block over your crops.
