2. Is obsidian trade legal? (Answered) Yes, it's legal
3. Are you allowed/able to craft hoppers? (Answered) It's legal but they don't work.

Iron and obsidian trade is legal and I believe that crafting hoppers is allowed. I've done it before.

 

1. Iron trade is legal.
2.Obsidean trade is legal.
3. You can craft hoppers but they just don't work as of now.
