The more the better

Usually when there's a "promotion wave," a person drags 'em on, so a lot of staff are on at the same time. cx

 

"We don't have enough staff!"
*promotions*
"We have too many staff members!"

 

Most staff are AFK, so we have the help we need online.

 

My argument was never to get more staff, we had enough... we just needed *better* staff xD

When literally everyone I followed was on on. Not fun for the side of my page

 

Rather than getting someone to break a habit, get someone new and make them learn not to get in that same habit.

Employers do this in real life. They hire new people when their older staff decides they don't need to work as much.

It cannot go wrong. Plus these are trial mods. They are being tested to see if they are going to get full mod. They are in turn, not replacing, but rather helping.

 

Oh, of course, mods burn out and lose motivation... so demote them. Don't just increase the entire mass; actually replace them one by one. Promoting a billion TMods at once just makes it so that they all learn bad habits from each other.

I forgot how quiet it was anyway. I suppose it's a lot for this dinky little place.

 

Mods don't just need to be demoted because of inactivity... things happen... life happens... if cyp knows and is okay with it then why do we have to argue about how cyp runs the servers? his choice.

 

Would you rather have 1-2 mods on at a time, or none? I don't see a problem.

 

To me? Theres no problem...better safe than sorry
