From the screenshots in this report, it clearly has you agreeing to bid 100k for the diamond, to buy the diamond for 100k. You promised 100k for the diamond and whether or not you maxbid 100k, the amount paid was not 100k. You still owe Bert at least 25k more.

Just fyi, at the bottem of the report, he even said i said maxbid, He didnt put that screenshot in though

 

Top screenshot clearly shows you agreeing to bid 100k for the diamond.

Your ban will be reduced down to a 5 day tempban for attempted scam. Whether or not you intended to scam Bert, fact is, thats what happened. Ive already refunded Bert the 25k, so next time you see me ingame, you can just pay the money to me.
