Ok, so many people don't know this but skywars is a more popular/played server than net majority of the time, which means that it should receive lots of attention and care.

At the moment, skywars is filled with hackers and advertisers and there are not enough mods on the server. This is one of the many problems that this server facing on a daily basis. This thread contains many suggestions to add/fix about skywars so feel free to comment about each one individually.

1. Mods

Krissy said that you need to be a current net/org mod to be a skywars mod, which I personally don't appreciate. I believe that there should be a separate Applications page just for skywars. It requires less experience because you don't need to deal with scammers, looters etc. All skywars mods need to do is ban scammers and hackers (maybe there's a bit more but really not that much). Therefore, I don't think that only net/org mods should be allowed to apply, I think anyone should be able to. It would be a good trial for potential net/org mods in fact because it doesn't require much skill and is a good start to modding. Otherwise, I think another alternative could be allowing resigned (not demoted) mods to apply. I personally like the first option better but hey, more options can't hurt It would also be nice to have mods without the prefixes so that hackers will actually hack, instead of not doing so because a person with [Mod] is in their game. Basically, mods with no prefix can go "undercover" and catch more people.

2. New Maps

This is actually more important than it sounds. There are many ideas on the Mineverse forums that I think could make for potential maps, but I suggest that there be either a comp on here for new ones, or a suggestion page. Recently I made a map with a great friend that I think would be amazing and really fun, but I am a aware ad to where to suggest it. Nevertheless, I believe skywars needs new maps, to keep it refreshed and exciting.

3. /party

Yes I already have a suggestion dedicated to this but I may as well put it in this bulky thread. The command /party allows players to join up, and when the leader joins a game, they all join the same one. Currently, it is extremely difficult to play with friends and get into the same game, because you have to synchronise your jump/count down etc. On my thread about this, someone thought about the possibility of parties joining games, teaming up and winning each time. Now I know this may seem like a likely possibility, but most of the time friends play eith each other, it's usually competitive. Also, teams play the game currently and team up so it shouldn't make much of a difference. Thanks~

4. New Spawn

Pretty self-explanatory. Skywars deserves a new spawn which actually shows the rules, staff and donor info clearly. I also suggest that it represents the skywars theme (for example 8 Islands for the spawn like in every game and have 1 thing on each island) (one island could be rules, one staff, one donor stuff etc) (also, in the middle (where the chests usually are) could be the portal ) just an idea. But ultimately the spawn needs to be new and informative!

5. Stats

It would be really sweet if we could implement stats such as kills and wins and have a leaderboard at spawn. I've seen on other similar (not skywars but other pvp) that a player can type /stats and it comes up with kills, deaths, wins and losses etc. It would be nice to have this added and also a leaderboard at spawn
