    My Moderator Application
Introduction: First of all, I would like to start out by saying thank you for reading this application and taking valuable time to write feedback about this application. I especially appreciate the mods that we already have for reading this. I think everyone made a good choice on choosing them because I see them helping out a lot in the chat. :)

Your in-game name: My in-game name is tassadarforaiur. My name is from a character in "StarCraft.' It was a popular game online.

How old are you: I am 14 years old, though, my profile says 20.

Which timezone are you in: Central Standard Time. UTC-5 for non-Americans.

What country do you live in: North America or The United States of America.

Which languages do you speak: I speak English and Lithuanian fluently.

Do you have 2FA enabled: Yes.

Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? (i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc): Yes. I can take screenshots and record. My recording system is always ready.

Have you ever been banned: Yes. A few times for this glitch that happens to me. I sometimes go afk for 5-10 minutes and when I come back, it says I was banned for half an hour or "The Ban Hammer Has Spoken!". I think this might have been a bug or a glitch. Maybe because I went afk in a weird position so the server didn't tolerate that. I think it is because I mostly work with slabs and stairs.

Why do you think you should be a mod: I think I should be mod because I think I have the commitment to do it. When I start something, I want to keep doing it until the end. If I were to become moderator, I would stay committed and I would try my best to keep the server, community, and the forums under control. I believe that I have the qualifications it takes to become a moderator as listed below and I think I am mature enough to take anything that is said on the server or the forums. I will never ignore anyone and I will always listen to both sides before making any decisions. I will make sure that everyone has equal rights on the server and I will make sure that no one gets verbally hurt in this community.

    What qualifications do you have:
Leadership: I try to do my best to not blame anything on others. I have been student council and people voted for me because of my leadership. (It was a really intense vote) I have been leaders for many group projects and group activities so I do have experience on that. I think it is a great quality to have because as a mod, you lead people to make the right choices and do the right things.

Kindness: I try to be very kind to everyone on the server and I try to never yell or be rude or racist to anyone. As a mod, I would try to stop that behavior the second I see it. I am kind to many people and I try to be extra careful with what I say to anyone. I think it is an important quality to have because having a mean mod would probably make everyone else upset and that wouldn't help.

Fairness: I try to be fair to everyone. I usually see different players complain that their friend got banned for no reason so, as a mod, I would ask the player if their friend made an appeal. If so, I would check the appeal out and see if it is fair to unban that player. I also try to be fair when talking to people so if they are arguing, I won't just say one person is right just because I like them. I feel like fairness is a pretty important quality because being fair makes everyone happier, either in games or in real life in general.

Politeness: I try to keep my comments to myself and show my best manners to everyone. I try to be nice to everyone and not be a bully like I have seen people be in the past. As a mod, I would try to stop bullies. I have seen bullies try to scare other players that they will be banned even if they didn't do anything. If someone is being rude to me, I will still have manners and act polite. I think being polite is a good quality because it won't make you seem like a rude person and it will make you a person everyone wants to be friends with or someone who they are fine with being around.

Being Part Of The Community: I am ready to be more part of the community. By saying this, I mean I am ready to kick/ban/mute whoever is causing trouble. This would also mean that I would be helping out the community more than what I have been regularly doing which is mini-modding. I am excited for this opportunity being it is already fun to mini-mod and it would be more fun to be an actual moderator.

Friendliness: I try to make as many friends as possible and as least amount of enemies as possible. I always try to become friends with new people that join and help them around the server. Being friendly makes others feel happy and friendly, too. So it can spread around until everyone becomes happy. If no one is happy, no one would want to go on this server. I've seen people leave because of so. I feel like friendliness is an important quality because it shows a good side of you to others and shows that you are not rude and you are nice.

Maturity: I think maturity is very important and I believe I am mature myself! As a mod, I will not swear and I will try to prevent others from doing so. Being an immature mod can just makes things bad and it can spread around and let people think that its okay to act like that but it's obviously not. I feel like maturity is an important trait because it shows people you can be sophisticated, too and that you can deal with situation that some people can't deal with.

Being Online: Many people might think I am not on the server often and I need to "Be more familiar with the forums before I post an application" but I am just a little silent. The reason for this is because the more I talk, the more enemies I will make and if I do keep talking, it will make the situation worse. I know this from other servers I've been on before. Please don't give me feedback like, "I've never seen you around" because I do go on this server often. I don't talk much, honestly. I try not to so I don't seem annoying. I mostly message people on the server. I do go on this server and the forums everyday. I always find time to either work on my island or read different discussions on the forums. I think being online often is a great thing because that gives you more chances to help people no matter in-game or on the forums.

Colorful: I am a happy, colorful person. I try to show most of my color and my happiness to the world. I try to never show my stress or angriness to the world. I feel like if I do, I will make more enemies and I will make the world unhappy and that just makes a bad moderator. I like to express my personality so I don't seem like a robot. Having a mod that isn't colorful isn't fun. If all mods were like that, it would be pretty dull and boring. I think being colorful is an important trait because it shows people that you aren't dull and boring and you always want to be sophisticated and instead shows your true, inner personality and that makes a fun moderator!

Interested: If I would be moderator, I would always stay interested. If you aren't interested, you obviously aren't having fun being a mod and also, that means that you are probably are avoiding/not doing your job which is really bad. So as a mod, I will be interested and make sure I will be staying awake, and doing my job the whole time. Not being interested also shows that you went through all that time to write a mod application and wasted everyone's time and the admins/owners time just to be accepted to be moderator and then not be interested. I think its important to be interested because that lets people know around you that you care.

Paying Attention: I see many mods helping but not many helping new players. I am always there to help because when a new player is being ignored, I start helping them. I try to pay attention and look at the chat very closely so I can help every person there. Therefore, my attention span is really long! I can tell that many new players are ignored because I see them spamming the chat with "HELP ME" and that doesn't help the situation.

Non-bias: I see many people being bias and racist. In the chat I see strong and harsh statements about people in general in specific people. I want to stop that because it makes me so sad just to see it happening. Being racist is just being rude and can really hurt other peoples feelings. As a mod, I will stop that behavior the second I see it. I feel like being a non-bias person will help the server because the fact that I see racism happen often, it makes me want to stop that. It can also just help daily lives and people in general.

Smart: I see many people on a daily basis making bad choices and getting themselves banned. I, on the other hand, think before I do anything. I try to make the best choices for myself and try to stay far away from being banned. When I am trading big trades like a bunch of grass and diamonds for other items, I am smart and I don't scam as I feel like the person will be upset and I will feel guilty and will need to make an appeal and there is a likely chance of me getting banned. I make sure to not mess with mods or players as that can get me banned as well. I also do not advertise servers in the chat as that can get me banned as well. I feel like a smart mod makes a great mod as that mod will make good choices for her/himself and make and for the server.

Forgiving: So, many people can make bad choices and be rude to others. rEither they had a bad day or someone was rude to them, if they are actually sorry about, of course I will forgive them. No matter how rude or sassy they were to me, I will do my best to forgive them. I know how it feels when someone doesn't forgive you. It make take weeks, months, or even years for them to forgive you and it's not fun waiting. I easily forgive people as I feel guilty sometimes for even being mad at them. It's sometimes a way to make new friends. I think it's a good thing to have a forgiving mod because you aren't on their bad side most of the time.

Mini-Modding: So, when all the mods are AFK and people are misbehaving in the chat, I come to the rescue. I tell the person to stop or I answer questions that others have. I always try to make sure that all of everyone's questions are answered no matter how dumb they sound. Especially if someone is new, I try to give the best quality responses so they come back to this fun server. Mini-Modding is also a way for me to practice to become a real moderator. I feel like the more I Mini-Mod, the better experience I have to becoming a moderator.

Learning: I am a fast learner. If I learn about a rule I never knew about or something that I have never heard of, I try to keep it in mind at all times so I do not do something wrong or get myself even banned. I try to remember most of the rules so if anyone has a question, I don't need to hesitate to answer it. I feel like having a moderator that is a fast learner can help everyone with all of their questions and needs.

How long can you be active on the server every day:
    Monday: 2+ Hours
    Tuesday: 3+ Hours
    Wednesday: 2+ Hours
    Thursday: 3+ Hours
    Friday: 4+ Hours
    Saturday: 6+ Hours
    Sunday: 6+ Hours

How long have you been playing on Skyblock.Net: I've been playing for about a year.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator: Yes, I am an owner on a small server myself. I sometimes put it up for a few friends to play on it. I also have been mod on another server but I stopped after the owner shut down the server. I have seen people as mods and how they act so I have learned from them. They always show these traits and good examples to everyone.

Do you meet the requirements for staff: Yes.

I seriously would like to thank everyone on giving feedback on this application and reading it. It would be an honor if I became a moderator. If I do, I would try to do the best to my ability to be the best mod. Thank you! ;):))

You have a well written mod app.
I have seen you on occasionally, but since you seem new to the forums, get a little use to the forums as well.
Besides that, everything else seem pretty good.
    Help out more.
    Good Luck! :)

Thank you for the support. I actually just got a trophy for being on the forums for 6 months. I'm just silent, that might have been why you think I'm new to the forums. Thanks for the feedback! :)

Applying for moderator in hope of getting more popular on youtube is a terrible reason.

It may be the timezone you are in because, honestly, I go on the server everyday for 2 or more hours everyday. Also, I tend to help all the time by saying, "If you need any help, /msg tassdarforaiur (your question)"
Also, I think it may be timezones.

Not to be rude, but for that one little thing, why did you not support.
Can you please help by explaining the rest of the reasons why you don't support at all?
    Don't take this personally.
