Dear Cypriotmerks and Noobcrew, please do not update to 1.9. The new "improvements" are things almost all players will hate, and it will, without any chances to the players liking, damage the server playerwise. I hope you understand this, and unless the complaints could be fixed (slow hitting) then many of us would not like to see it. Thank you.
Now, I understand many of us, including myself don't approve of this update. But, it's going to happen sooner or later, maybe later than other servers, maybe earlier. But we have to understand we're probably going to go into 1.9 either way.
But seriously guys, what's the hurry? The update didn't even get launched, neither spigot or bukkit versions and almost everyone is saying "OH CRAP IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD" like, seriously, when the update didn't even officially launch...
That is stupid. It's a bad comparison, but it's like saying OH CRAP THEY'RE GOING TO NUKE US. And you only should be afraid when OH CRAP I LOST EVERYTHING or OH CRAP THE NUKE IS COMING. Better give Mojang a warning that people do not desire the update and it needs a change, then to wait and it being to late.

^ Shield shops will be the new trend, the spam would be outrageous. For me this update ruins pvp. Its too overpowered and its just not needed.
