I agree with Lycel on this.

At which point they can be banned for 30 mins or something.

There aren't many donor400s, so it's not as if half the chat would be welcome messages.

400 kinda op as is, does get stale after a while tho.. wouldnt mind /lightning (you can turn charged creepers off)
And access to a few pets.. even if id have to pay to access an enderdragon, worth.

Global messages are annoying, minechat does it everytime. And org used to or still does it when someone joins the server for the first time

Maybe just a few set prefixes they can choose from since Donor250 is the same as Donor400 since it's "Skygod." Support.

Not necessary. Godded diamond tools already break items quickly, there is really no need for it. Also, what if they accidentally punch something and it breaks instantly, will they loose the block for punching it and not using the correct tool? No support.

- One extra island. Perhaps the ability to request the territory next to your own. Cyp or Crew or SMods could review the requested territory and approve or deny based on if it's actually used or active or not.

No support. Players still own the island, it wouldnt be fair if the island is just taken way from them. If Donor400s want an extra expansion to thier island, they can build under or on top of the current island.

- If the ability to create private chats were allowed, perhaps only Donor400s could create them. They could allow other players to "moderate" it, however, meaning the other players could kick people out of the chat and invite them.

It would be more difficult for moderators to moderate and it is not necessary. No support.

Could possibly create spam for the server if the player decides to log in and log out repeatedly. Also, what if the donor400 doesn't want to be noticed? No support.

 

I like having the kits and /top and one creative item and all, but I believe it doesn't give much incentive to donate further than 250. For the extra $150 people could trade and get 1500 diamonds instead of around 500 for a creative item.

No, you never know if the user decides to log back in one day.

Not sure about this one.. I'll speak with Crew and show him these ideas and see what he thinks as well.

 

You'd have to make sure that mods are able to moderate this, I am not sure how this would work at all. .w. I mean there is always /msg.

 

I'd highly support this, it's a really nice addition to have. Possibly make the donor400 be able to kick or ban players from the chat so no one could spam inside. there would no longer be private conversations between skygods/donor400s in chat. Also:
/chat join <name> (After the invitation.
/chat leave <name>
/chat invite <playername> (Donor400)
/chat mute <playername>
/chat ban <playername>

 

If you'd really want to help out the server, apply for mod. It's not given, it's earned.

 

Ehm what? I never stated anything in that way that I want to help out the server. But wouldn't you hate if if a player just spams your newly created chat and you have to completly disband and everything? I mean from the private chat you are able to kick/ban players, not from the global one. (Ban means you cannot re-join the chat.)

 

This is a terrible idea. Mainly because (some) skygods wouldn't know how to properly handle the command. Honestly, if you'd really like to start a private conversation/chat, there's /msg for a reason...

 

Donor400s. Not all skygods. And if you want to talk with 3+ people which is usualy the case, you got a problem so you have to talk in main chat.

 

I still don't see why this should be implemented. Also, what Lycel stated, it'd be difficult for mods to keep up with chat if you Donor400s were to start a conversation amongst yourself with 3+ players.

No. A skygod could constantly log in and log out and spam chat with it.

 

With the very few amount of donor400's it's not that hard to simply revoke their permissions.

 

The global message in itself is spammy and not really necessary. The prefix idea is cool though.

 

I think the prefix is a good idea. Support.
