Because I never threatened find me, in fact it's far from that, neither was I being toxic, I literally have never read the org rules, no joke, I just follow them from net rules.

Alsoooo can u give me the server rules for org, cause literally idk them, and I don't think I was toxic, I wasn't talking about hitler. But also I would like to see the evidence against me provoking fights, you can't just go by "I've seen you".

Toxicity wouldnt necessarily be narrowed down to talking only about Hitler. A good definition I like to go off of would be this;

Toxic: extremely harsh, malicious, or harmful <toxic sarcasm> (Copied from Toxic | Definition of toxic by Merriam-Webster)

Well, Im sorry, but I dont have such evidence. The reason I dont have any is because I didnt think it would escalate into this. The reason I dont need any is because it was just a comment. Im not keeping you banned just because "Oh, I saw you start a fight, so Ill going to ban you 5ever". I was just making a point. Im keeping you banned, for the time being, for your toxicity to the org community and your threats, whether you see them as threats or not, to FindMe.

Id also like to add, please dont post on anything (or rate anything) outside of this appeal. This account you are using is for the sole purpose of appealing. If I see you posting or rating anything outside of this appeal again, you will serve a punishment.

I apologize for not commenting on this earlier. I didnt have time to comment on this before work, and I just got back home.

Anyhow, yes, what I went off of is the report that was linked by Krissy. I had thought right at the beginning of the ban, that I could always fall back on other reports to 'prove your toxicity' if the question arose. However, I then decided, those are far too old. It wouldnt be fair to you if I used those against you, so therefore, Im just going off of this current report.

Id like to bring something up you said a bit ago.

This right here. If you really mean this, Ill take your word for it and we can mutually agree on this being your final warning. However, this is quite a big commitment. If you arent willing to do this, then we can figure something else out. If you are willing, let me just say this now; you wont be permanently banned for a something small or something stupid, you wont be banned for defending yourself. If its a smaller offense, it will be handled accordingly.. But you will, however, be permanently banned if something like this was to occur again. And by this I mean threatening players, constant toxicity, and so forth.

So, your thoughts on this?
