It was when I was little. He looked like my great grandpa and he looked like he was fixing up my brother's room, because he was about to be born. Of course I didn't know who he was at the time, but could identify him from a picture. My grandpa also told me a story of when he first celebrated Passover with his girlfriend, now my grandma. One family walked in, a mother, father, and daughter. The ladies shook his hand, but the man just eyed him weirdly. As they were setting the table, he counted all the place mats and noticed they were missing one. They all said they wren't missing anyone and he said, "Where's that man that walked in with you two?" and they said they'd come alone... so they took out a photo of who they assumed he was talking about and sure enough, it was him. The only thing is that he had died 2 months earlier of a heart attack. Not all ghosts are evil, by the way.
