Sounds good so far. I'm just waiting for some cons that balance the pros so that I can decide whether I wanna upgrade it or not. Lol

 

windows 10 is running fine so far, cortana works great

 

Is it possible to update my 2009 Windows Vista? I don't know about computers :/

 

Vista is atm the running system that needs the best pcs because it was the biggest windows fail ever made. You shoul defenitly upgrade. It will give you less lagg etc than before.

 

Waiting for someone to list the pros and cons.

 

I would suggest not doing that. Because old versions are known to have a lot more bugs and glitches. I really suggest upgrading to Windows 10

 

On a side note: Windows 10 is great!

 

Pros:

• Modern design
• uncluttered design
• Faster
• New browser (Microsoft Edge)
• New taskviewer
• More options to choose from like the "Windows key + G" for games to take screenshots etc and record.

Cons:

• Browser is still a bit slow (Microsoft Edge) but other browsers like Chrome and Firefox are still fine
• Still some bugs but hardly to be recognized
• Basic folders like "This Pc" or Settings are not varied anymore so you have less settings to choose from

As a grade I'd give Windows 10 a "B"

Don't see the Windows 10 icon? First, try running Windows Update and install any available required and recommended updates for your existing Windows 7 or Windows 8 PC.

 

I'll stick with windows 7, thanks anyway.

I don't understand why anyone who games on PC wouldn't switch to Windows 10. DX12 will be a godsend once in full use.

1st. Goto your harddrive - open windows folder - open softwaredistribution folder - open download folder - delete everything in the download folder.
2nd. Open cmd - Type: wuauclt.exe/updatenow - enter!

Then it should start updating!

 

I'm still running on Windows 8. Are there any more cons so far? I'd really like to hear about it. I'm still considering whether or not to update my PC yet lol.
