So I recently read this archived report about a certain Stel created by FindMe: Stel [Harassment] | Skyblock Forums I want to talk about the amount that the moderators bad mouthed Stel in this appeal. I know it's gone on for a long time, it always has with regards to people like ImKroniqL and the likes (sorry for name dropping, but I'm making a point). For one, the evidence in this thread is INSANELY unsubstantial. She told a person not to make her angry and made two 'your mother' jokes. I've seen wayy worse, that's nothing, not to mention it's a joke hence the "LOL." I just want to know why a player can receive such harsh punishment just because someone is bringing up things that there is no evidence for. You people keep saying these things are happening with no proof and I just want to see the full picture before I make judgment. Please keep this to discussion only. I don't much appreciate baseless accusations.
I'm not really involved; I'm just throwing my two cents in and more so watching the situation. I would leave this up to Jennie and ShiningNova06 , as they're the main moderators for this. I have no idea why she is banned to this extent either.
Reason-being this situation was because of her actions. She tends to insult others for no apparent reason. She will chargeback for christ sake if no one follows her commands. Don't get me wrong, I'm not accusing her at all for the things she says, but sometimes she goes too far. I'm stating my opinion here so don't go harsh on me.
Okay, and what "insults" does she use? Because "take your mother for a walk" is a pretty lame one if you ask me. xD As for the 'following commands,' I'm not sure what exactly that entails, but it really does go to show that not pissing people off gets you far in life.

She deserved to be banned. I want her not come back, she's harassed and rate-abused me enough. This has to stop, it's not about the money. It's about the justice that is brought down to a player for such actions.
No, not really actually. Maybe they should grow a pair and tell her to go away...? Defend themselves...? Do SOMETHING, ANYTHING that a normal person would do?? Cool, cool, but that's not really up to you, sorry to say ;/ Also, just because she disagrees with you a lot doesn't mean she's rate abusing... I didn't see the exact situation, but it's possible.
If you're actually going to kill yourself because a stranger on minecraft said you're not too big of a loss. My response to this thread is, she's really not that bad.
That may be an extreme representation of my opinion, but yes, that was the gist. If the opinion of some rando on a Minecraft server will actually make you kill yourself, you should seriously get that checked out at a doctor, no joke.
Ever heard of sensitive or suicidal people? There are those who debate to end their lives because of the Internet.
I know it's not right to kill yourself over minecraft, but there are people that will do this. Quite concerning to me if it ever happened.
I don't believe it is just what Stel said. It's the amount of times Stel has insulted people and all of the ban appeals that have evidently amounted to nothing, no lessons learnt (my opinion is all based on what I have read or heard). I don't know Stel well enough to judge her or defend her. But that's why I believe the punishment is so severe this time around.

Kron, Balloon, Des, Golden, zztheogzz, shark, a few others were the main players that have been in this situation. It's really not appropriate for Stel to fit in with that group. I realize Stel has done a whole load of bad stuff, but nowhere near to the level of s*** that some of these other people have done. She's still done more than enough to deserve a perm ban. (If it was up to me, she's had more than enough chances and shouldn't be coming back ever on any alts on any IP address. She can't keep changing her ip forever.). Anyways it's sad to see the mods pretty much abuse her to the extent of these other people. Just show the evidence against her, and let someone of more authority make a decision. No point in ripping on her where she can't even defend herself. And anyways she's not perm banned from the forums. It could be a super long temp ban, but it doesn't say that the user's profile doesn't exist. She's coming back at some point.
In all seriousness, the fact that this is an issue means that there are people who should really see doctors. The world is not just a bubble, so they need to face their personalities and take action.
How does scamming over 1000 diamonds on an alt sound? Admitting to griefing? Trying to get players banned? Sleepy, half the mod team bad mouthed ZzTheOgzZ. Don't tell me that stel isn't worse. I don't think you know. Because at least Og didn't know how much power he had. Stel does and take so much advantage of it. Disrespecting staff? What more does she need to do to be punished?
OG definitely knew ho much power he had. Staff disrespect is not a reason to be banned, really in my opinion. Staff should have thick skin anyway. From what I've heard, Stel only tried to get one person banned who had previously done her wrong. Basically, mind your own business and you won't be attacked. I'm sorry to disagree with you, Time, but even if you think Stel is at that level, staff should not absolutely abhor players like they do.
