Hi when me and my brother changed our gamertags from palmerjj01 and palmern02 we lost are island which we spent a year working on it would be much appriciated if we got it back as i am very upset that we lost it

 

I am sure this can be fixed, although it'll take time for this to be situated. I believe SMods have their rollback enabled. I'm not completely sure. If it cannot be fixed or done, I suggest changing your name to your original name back to maybe have authorizations on accessing your old island? I don't know what else to tell you, sorry.

You should have thought of that before actually changing your name. Take every possible option into consideration. If in hindsight your own decisions turned out to only hinder you from continuing the constructions on your island, the fault is entirely your own.
The moderators will either tell you to change your name back, or to be patient, and wait for them to take care of the issue.

I do realise that you're upset, but getting mad at other people for something that was entirely your fault is nonsensical.
Patience is a virtue.

I would be too, I did the same thing, but I got my stuff back because of me changing my name back, I'm unaware of THIS certain issue however.

 

Mods cannot rollback islands, and you don't have proof of the items you previously owned.

 

You should probably learn the difference between a comment stating what the position is you currently find yourself in, because you obviously do not have the slightest clue, and a comment which is actually rude.
Little hint for you, considering you got it wrong the first time: this is a rude comment.
