This makes sence, more players should maybe help out a bit so that the moderators don't feel pressured.

 

I agree, but sometimes I don't reply. I try my best too, but I get annoyed when people ask me stuff either 4-5 stuff at once or every 1 minute someone new. Most questions are about god items / if I can god them. Or they spam me if they can have free items, which I say no to because they asked so rude and stupidly. Then they spam me even more, making me hate people that even use "u" or "ur". I feel bad for this and think I should change it, but in a situation I'll be like that.

 

Yes, there are players who spam and beg for things when you help them. There are also players who are kind and polite. I've made countless friends just by offering help. I totally get where you're coming from.

If you don't know what it's like to be a mod, don't complain about others then... It's all I'm going to say. And please be grateful we have moderators right now who are on the servers. And please don't complain about one not helping because they can't help everyone at once. Understand that moderating isn't a piece of cake and is stressful. They don't go AFK to not help players. They go AFK to take a break from helping so many players that is stressful. Just please hope you can understand

 

Alright I understand some mods do there jobs but they don't seem that motivated to do there job, that they had been assigned to do. I think that the problem is we need more players that enjoy this server or help out a lot. I would De-mote the mods that don't do anything or help people as much as they should. I have seen many people mini-mod as much as they can and I think they are the ones that need to get mod. And if the mods have to much stress on there hands and not helping the players then why don't they just resign?

 

Mods try there hardest to do things but on net with a TON of people, I'm sure they get spammed with Help me or something related. Mods do there job and try there hardest. Even if it doesn't seem like it, they do.

It isn't easy, you get spammed a lot especially on a big server. A mod can't help like fifty players at once

I agree with megadorkvikki I often see players helping players, rather than mods helping players. Wasn't there use to be a command where you can see if a mod is in-game or not? I think it was /realname mod or something like that. I think they removed it or something, but it was really helpful.
