You have no evidence then I get no bann. This now means I get un banned and a warring (1 last chance) not to be rood but next time get evidence then do what ever your heart wishes to me but for now you only give me a warning blaq is a SMod which is better thank TMods. Un bann right now then we can move this thread to a diff place and have it accepted by LemoNade_ you can not wait 14 days to un bann you have to un bann within 5 hours from this post! And I never said it was a incorrect bann and if you don't have proof only your eyes then just say that and they will be un banned if it is really bad then that means no un bann! But I did admit to doing this! I will pay them back when I get un banned but for now it's just a un bann and warning for now ! Thanks @blag

Read my appeal again it says it is not a incorrect and plus I shouldn't get banned for killing my own animals that I put there!!! That used to be my own island!!! They were in my coop and I left when they got banned xD and restarted and you have non screen shots so that means a non valid bann so that means I get unbanned and warning you only have 5 more hours to unban and give me a warning and that is enough evidence to bann for 14 days if they were not my animals but in this situation they were my animals so!
Lemo accept unbann or denied keep banned and no warning and I reopen requesting for a new Mod the handle with this! Your choice Lemo but there's always people watching your every more if you get what I mean other mods

In this case you admitted that this was not an incorrect ban, so why are you now asking for evidence when you yourself have admitted you committed the crime.

@chaseracer you don't get to dictate who handles the appeal, unless you have proof that the banning moderator is being biased towards you.

So far you've admitted to griefing, been borderline rude to the staff, and changed your story multiple times, lets continue from there rather than going round in circles.

I don't see anything wrong with how Lemo is handling the appeal so far, no reason for me to take it over.

This is not a full bann this is a part way bann because its not going to be a 14 day bann anymore it's a warning now with me still banned but I do not control this the staff does but please un bann me and give me my warning and then we all clear with this because I had a bad day all day and its just getting worst because I payed for Donor 25 and getting punished for killing my own animals If I don't get un banned I want a refund of $25 USD Dollars and use it some where that I don't get banned for killing my own animals! But this server is the only best skyblock server in minecraft that's why I play it so much!!! All I want to is to get un banned and get my warning!

Okay, look. As blaq said, you don't decide who does the appeal; that's the sad reality, whether you like it or not.

You're telling me an admin told you to have another mod take this over; if that was true, I would be seeing Cyp or Noobcrew telling you that this appeal needs to be taken over by someone else. Please explain to me why you want a new mod in the first place.

In addition, why are you continuously lying to staff members? This will only make it harder and harder to be unbanned. Also, your storyline changed multiple times. First, you claimed that I tp'ed you to arrowflint's island to "frame" you, which isn't true. Then you say you're joking. Next, you said it's your island, and finally you say it was your previous island.
So which is it?

This appeal and ban is not a joke. It's no longer your island, meaning you have no authority to regulate the rules. I asked Arrowflint, and he said you had no permission to be killing animals.
