Hello! I am looking for trustworthy, mature players to help me build a trading center with store plots and small visitor attractions. You will be paid daily based off of what you accomplished that day. I will pay fairly! There are two slots open to become a builder and if anyone would like to apply to save a store plot, comment below.

(Optional) Buildings or materials you specialize in: Cobblestone, Stone Brick, DarkOak/Spruce Logs : Planks, Glowstone, Stone Slabs, OakWood Logs : Planks, AcaciaWood Logs : Planks. RedSandstone : Regular Sandstone (pretty expensive so I probably won't be building out of it.)
A bit about yourself: Hey, I am ExcyexBear, a keen builder who likes to keep his builds OCD (just check my island spawn : /visit ExcyexBear. I am a donor, so I would not grief as if I did, I would loose my rank. I specialize In big, creative builds and have been playing Minecraft for 2 Years now.

Just to note: As I very much like my island, I would like to build in your mall when /trust is fixed. Also what are the pay rates? I am curious.

I'll be paying in grass, and depending on how large the building is I'll be paying you. Say you finish a casino one day and its just average size say 15×15 I would pay your around 7-8 grass.

 

Hi! The grass shop you would be building would be for you to run correct? Also, I'll be opening officially when trust is fixed so I'll send all the applicants messages, so don't worry. If your a shop owner you don't get paid, you get to keep the money you make with no fees. I will not build shops for the shop owners I will only put down the plots and let them choose and they build.

 

The parkour would be open to the public which is what you get paid for. Depending on the size and how nice the build in I'd probably pay around 10 grass. The shop which I'm sure you'd like to run, wouldn't cost money. You can build for free and everything you earn you keep. Donations would be helpful for building the island, but not mandatory.

Oh, and if you'd like to hire staff for your shop, please ask me first and I'll approve or disapprove. Usually I'll approve, but you have to be cautious! Also, when I lay out the plots what size would you like:

I also love to build, so enjoying myself whilst I do this won't be an issue ^-^ You can trust me not to grief or steal, given I was a Moderator a few months ago, and if Cyp can trust me I'm sure you you too
Buildings or materials you specialize in: I looove stones, so cobblestone and stone brick, and I also adore Dark oak wood, or nether brick, though the latter is harder to obtain. They contrast beautifully together In terms of building styles, I'm more of a medieval style building, however I can adjust to do anything you'd like ^-^
A bit about yourself: I'm Lycel ;D I'm a Skygod in-game who was a mod for 5 months, 2.5 as a T-mod and 2.5 as a Full Mod. I was demoted a bit over 2 months ago, but not for any issues with my moderating in-game. I've been playing Minecraft for over 4 years, and Skyblock for over a year. I love building :3
