    I say Support.
    For anyone who reads the application:
    -It is short because he has previously been a moderator and of course cyp would be aware of his skills etc
    -He was a hardworking mod in his last run
    -He left on his own accord, but is very set on coming back and assisting the team

    We could use more mods and one who has been trusted before and has done nothing to break trust should be accepted back.
