We updated the XenForo versions from 1.2.4 to 1.4.7, and I think it'll mean less spambots, and more plugins that the Forums will be compatible with^-^
A few things. one moderator thing means that we can now ban people from posting in certain threads, almost like a mute. Not much else has changed but hopefully this version will help with the spambot issues.
The update also made changes to the BB bar above your messages (the one where you can make it bold, italic etc). Now Strikethrough is an extra option under a menu along with spoilers (previously would only be used through [spoiler]), indents (previously could only be used through [indent] are included on the bar, and there is a remove-formatting tool (previously used with [plain]). ^-^ As well as that (not sure if this is what dan meant) but on the main forums page, in the box where it says the new profile posts, it also says the posts others have made on someone else's profile.
1. Tagging on Profiles You can now tag players on profiles. @(Name) 2. Reporting profiles directly You can now report profiles directly. lol that's not a bug with xenforo, the permissions just aren't set up right in the ACM. Idk if Cyp disabled it for a reason, but anyone below the rank of mod can't view attached images.
