Every 2 - 3 months.

I usually clean mine after I've deleted a bunch of files or whenever I do my disc clean up and defrag.... so like once a month.

... How full is it? XD

 

Get Oxiclean. It works wonders.

 

But it's 69 gigs so it's alright

 

Godknows, my PC slows down when I have heaps of stuff open, IE something that jacks 90% of my RAM.
