I have massive interests in the natural world and I go through periods where I'm really into dinosaurs. My mother found "Walking with Dinosaurs" the original series and so... love of dinos and prehistoric animals rises to the surface once again. (Most of these aren't dinos, but they're still really amazing. :p)
Some of the animals that exist today are super weird, some of the ones that have gone extinct were even weirder. :p

So... these are things that used to exist... XD (All the pics are representations unless stated otherwise XD)

The original kool dude. :t It's like... a crocodile sized salamander that was carnivorous.

    Brachiosaurus
Okay, most people have heard of this one / know what it is. But come on, it's the largest creature to ever walk the Earth, that we have ever found.

For when you need something to eat sharks. One of these bad boys is in the soon to be released Jurassic World. I'm excited. :p

Pretty much... all pterosaurs are awesome and strange. They're so similar to birds, but with the flying mechanism of bats... yet... reptiles.

One of my favourite extinct creatures wasn't in the show... probably because it's just a big turtle. XD
    Archelon ischyros

But I still love it. XD

So share crazy prehistoric animals you know about or your fav dinos... or just talk about how there was giant versions of just about everything. XD

It's too bad I got rid of my dinosaur book. You would of loved it :t
My favorite is the velociraptor. It's the opposite version of me, it works as a team to hunt down an animal for dinner, unlike me as I try to do most things by myself.

I have a dinosaur book. :p A couple actually. But they're not with my currently. ;-; They're with my other stuff. lol

Velociraptors are pretty cool. One of the more intelligent species that evolved near the end of the age of dinos.

You should look into Goblin Sharks, Alligator Garrs, giant Oarfish and bulldog ants.

Triceratops and Stegosaurus looked really cool; they've always been two of my favorites.

    Okay, so I googled quetzalcoatlus.
It doesn't seem so appealing to me anymore o.o
I'll stick with the pteranodon, it's quite pretty... Compared to the quetzalcoatlus o.o
I googled all of them, and to be frank, I am honestly weirded out.
I like the nemicolopterus tho, it's the best
