So, how should we start? Let's start by brainstorming our logicness omg!

Gizz reports mod > mod knows that Gizz destroyed a few grass blocks ect on her island WITH her coop person(Gizz was told he was allowed) > Dew knows this as she is mod and doesn't ban > she gets demoted > asks mod to ban me > mod just does it without investigating when I'm online > LOGIC.

You know what. For the sake of Gizz kind I'll waste 5 minutes of my life making this appeal worth your time and I sure as hell am expecting an unban after this, ok?

Why should I be unbanned?

1. This ban is purely out of spite. Cut the bullsh*t, we all know I'm only banned because Dew chose you to ban me because you don't know what happened all too well. Logs don't solve everything, buddy.
2. Dew knew about them logs while she was mod. It's not like she magically came online and started partying like it's the god damn 90's and realise her whole island was grieved.
3. She chose to get me banned because I was partially the one who got her demoted. Heck, she even asked Larry to ban me then decided not to because Larry isn't gullible af.
4. "It doesn't matter whether you broke one cobblestone or one beacon." /ban anyone who goes to anyone's island. Anyone who reads this appeal knows that I was running around her island with her ex Coop, Charisma(who she removed because she's a spiteful ... Pardon my french) swinging my fist breaking a few grass and flowers here and there.
5. You know what. I'll pull this card because I can. Isn't there a time limit in which logs are useful? Let's say I broke this grass 3 months ago then isn't this proof rendered useless?

I'm done. Honestly, if I'm kept banned then it just proves my point - that the mods on here truly are hopeless(except for the ones who I like, you know who you are).

If you continue with this attitude you can expect nothing. You never answered my original question.
Also, you need to elaborate on points #1 and #3. If you are claiming that you were partially responsible for her demotion I need to know as that could be probable cause for a biased case. Otherwise, please answer my original question.

 

Actually, I did answer your question. "Do you have any proof blah blah?" Well yeah, stop dragging this appeal out please. You talked to Charisma in game about this as she kicked him off her island.

It's easy to say so after the fact, I am asking, before you griefed did you have any proof (in the way of proper screenshots, written books etc) prior to breaking/changing any blocks?

Insulting moderators won't get you anywhere on NET, I can't comment about MV as I don't play there. But certainly railing against moderators will not help your case.

The ban may not be fair, but it's legit. Unless you have proof that you were given permission to break blocks on someone's island, that's considered griefing. The onus of proof lies on you, regardless of how far it is in the future. As for it's relation to the video, I'll clarify with Cypriotmerks.

 

If you'd read and stop ignoring me, then you'd of got the point. Charisma said that he spoke to you in game, correct? And you expect a BANNED player to provide proof of a player speaking to YOU, the MODERATOR? My god.

You know that this ban isn't fair.

You know that Dew set me up on this one.

You know that she chose you because you'd fall for it.

You know I was a major reason into why she was demoted.

You know that she had the opportunity while she was mod to ban me.

You know that this is an unjust ban and that I'm only banned because she wants me banned due to her demotion.

You know that I should be unbanned by now.

You know that this happened 3-4 months ago, look at the logs.

You know that this didn't affect her island at all.

The one thing you don't know is that you don't know me. I'm from Mineverse and bans as stupid as this don't occur. This is a biased ban, and that's another thing that you know.

Now, I know for a fact that appeals shouldn't be dragged out as long as this, especially when all the moderator is doing is asking the same, answered question over and over again. This isn't a good look.

I'm sorry, but this occurred months ago and Dew, the ex Mod had her chance to ban me while she was mod. You know that. How do you think she knew the logs were there, huh? It's not like she logged on after not playing for 3 months and saw her island grieved? C'mon, you're what, 35? Let's use some logic here. I don't think you're that stupid to think for a second that this affected her at all. This ban is perhaps borderline legit because I don't have 'proof' of a player messaging you in game and you having a conversation with them about them allowing me to edit a few blocks, aye?

I'm referring to Charisma. YOU'RE the one who he talked to. You should know this. Now, can you please accept this appeal before I break my keyboard repeating myself over and over again?
