Once you have confirmed you have received the items requested, the transaction is complete. 5. If any problems arise with purchasing the requested item, I will immediately place your items back into the chest and explain the situation. Q: What servers do you do upgrades on? A: Currently, I only do upgrades for players on skyblock.net and skyblock.org. Q: What server do I pay you on? A: You must pay me on skyblock.net. Q: How come your prices for some of your items don't match the actual worth? A: The prices I have set for these items are my UPGRADE prices. These prices are not 100% reflective of what the items are actually worth. I'd like to make a little more profit with my transactions, as I am the only user that has an active Upgrade Shop. Q: Why can't you just send the money to my PayPal? A: To quote CypriotMerkz: "No more selling/buying items for real money. If you're selling/buying items for real money your thread will be immediately closed & deleted. If you continue to still buy/sell you will be temporarily banned for 24 hours on forums and in-game." For example, if I were to send $25 to your PayPal for 250 diamonds worth so you could pay for Donor25 yourself, there is absolutely NO guarantee you would commit and purchase the upgrade. There's the possibility you run off with the $25, and my transaction has gone from a Donor Upgrade to Buying in-game items for $$, which is against the trade forum rules. I do not want to take that risk. Q: Since you are paying for the upgrades through your PayPal, isn't there the risk you chargeback the transaction and I get banned? A: Let me give you a couple facts to ease your mind about my transactions. First, I have personally invested well over $600 upgrading myself and my friends. My account specifically has around $500 invested. For this reason alone, I would never consider charging back any transactions, and losing all of that. Second, I love Skyblock. It's my absolute favorite server to play on, and I have no problem continually donating to this wonderful community to help it grow. I have also been playing on .NET for well over 2 years. Third, this is my fun money. I've chosen to place some of it towards upgrading you, fellow SkyBlock players, because I feel that everyone should have this opportunity to really work for something that can improve their overall SkyBlock experience. If you have .NET items to trade for .ORG upgrades, sure. Otherwise, not at this time. Here's how a theoretical transaction would go: You give me access to the items you want to put towards the upgrade. Once the items are in my possession, I go straight to BuyCraft and purchase you the appropriate upgrade, using Paypal. Once you have confirmed you have received the upgrade, we go our separate ways. All of the purchases will be through BuyCraft. I will NOT be sending money to individual's PayPals.

Why do you refuse to send money to individual paypal accounts? What if my account is verified? What if I have a business paypal?
I understand the point you're making, however, like DanDan stated, there's no guarantee you would place that money back into Skyblock. It could also be seen as trading items for $$, which Cypriot has stated is illegal.
A super moderator here has a thread saying it's recommended for you to send the money to my Paypal to avoid chargebacks.
