I think that there should be a /kit sapling command for green-beans and people who have lost their sapling due to them being de spawned or fallen off their island.
I see many people in chat asking for saplings because they have lost theirs. I think there was a command like that before but that is what I read.

There are new members that do not know that grass blocks are the main currency, let alone the existence of /warp grass.

 

When I started playing two years ago, this happened to me and someone told me about the kit. I will have to say it was the best thing that person told me.

 

Yes!!! I remember back then when I needed a sapling and I used the kit! I think they should bring the sapling kit back!! It would be very useful for newbies! /(0.0)/

Saplings are an essential part, they may even be key, to Skyblock. Without wood, you can do nothing but work with what little you have. It's unbearable. A simple kit with a small cooldown would fix all of that, and /kit sapling would do the job. Or it could just be /sap or /sapling, which would place a sapling in your inventory, much like /kit but cooler. Heh.

I watched a new player ask repeatedly for an oak sapling as I ate dinner (this happened 2 days ago). He complained that his tree didn't give him one and he just wanted a sapling. After 10 attempts of asking with no one giving him one he logged off. By the time I cleaned my hands and messaged him, we was offline for 2 minutes. So, just another example of why 10 seconds of Cyp/Crews time is needed to fix this issue with the config
