There's no montly, yearly, etc. fee. When you donate for a rank you only need to pay once.

1 x Diamond picaxe
10 x Grass

I have not seen nothing yet and i understand some of the commands but how do you go up and down in fly mode?

double tap the space button and you can fly, and press shift to go down
I am hoping you know how to move from there...

 

You can get your kit now if you do /kit donor50

Jolie already explained how to use /fly.

 

oh yeah before flying you do the command /fly to enable it
(before logging out I suggest you land on solid ground because if you are in the air you fall logging in next time)

I have never actually fallen when logging out in the air. It just automatically enables fly mode for me. It's better to land on the ground just to be safe then.

also I'm pretty sure you space to go up, shift to go down. don't quote me on that though

 

When you're online, do "/kit"
What kits show up

Whatever jump is set to is up
Whatever crouch is set to is down
Generally it's space and shift but sometimes people like to customize their controls
