You can't shut down the play store. Same with iTunes.

 

Also; support. It should be added. It'll allow more people to donate. Even if it does get shut down like bull said, in the meantime players will use Google Wallet. Most of my "friends" use Google Wallet alone and I'm sure many others do, otherwise it wouldn't be an option on .net.
