I am starting a petition for better donor kits in skyblock.net! If you donate ten dollars, you receive slightly less amount of items than if you were a $25, $50, or $100 donor! That is the problem, though. We donate to get better things, and on top of just a few extra privileges such as /fly, and /nick (which is very tightly monitored), we want to get some better items! The 3 top donor levels all get the same thing, and if you donate, and give more money, then you should get more stuff! If you are not willing to change the items that are received, then make the time constraints change... $10 & $25 donors - Kit every three days $50 donors - Kit every 2 days $100 donors - Kit once every 24 hours - - - - - - I think that not only myself, but others in this petition see this as a reasonable offer for the donors. I know that a lot of donors use the spawner to spawn Zombie Pigmen to farm gold, so gold is not an issue, but maybe the $100 donors get 2 diamonds in their kit, and 1 diamond in the $50 donor kit. There are many donors that are quite upset because they pay an extra $50 just to do god enchants (which take forever, and should have a quick command for each item, like /godenchant), or and extra $25 for /fly. - - - - - - - I know that some donors are becoming a tad bit annoyed due to paying more, and getting very few results out of their donor packages. Though we don't have to deal with diamonds in the packages, we can add better things, like gold, or more iron, or something cool to have fun with. - - - - - - - - Those are just a few of the reasons why we should make the donor packages worth what we pay to get them. - - - - - - - - Thanks - Woodycrest3825

 

Well, I would say that this ITSELF is a good idea. BUT the diamonds are OP

1. diamonds shouldnt even be allowed in the first place(in my opinion)
2. if this was accepted this would ruin the entire point of skyblock VERY quickly

 

in what way would it ruin the entire point of skyblock very quickly? plus, did you see that he put, maybe 1 diamond for 100 donor? maybe not diamonds but something else!

 

also, this is only for donors, not just people who play skyblock

 

I like this idea. There is not much difference between 50 and 100 donors in my opinion, and a kit for 1 diamond every 6 days would make it all better!

 

I don't get why everyone is asking for more items, you donated to the server and you KNEW what you would get out of it, I don't see how it's fair to complain about the stuff you get now.
I think the donor kits / commands are reasonable as of now and people should stop complaining.

But why would you want extra stuff? you knew exactly what perks you would get when you decided to donate. It's unreasonable to now ask for more stuff, just for your own gain.

Let's compare this to another scenario.

You walk up to a bank, take some money out of the ATM and walk into the bank.
You walk up to someone who works there and start a conversation:

You: "Yes, hello there?"
Worker: "Hello sir, how may I help you?"
You: "Well, I just withdrew this 20 dollar bill, but I was wondering if you could give me 30 extra cause I want that"
Worker: "No."

 

everyone wants extra stuff to help them. im not saying the donor kits arent good, but they good be considerably better with the added stuff joel is suggesting

 

the problem with that is its realistic, minecraft isnt
