3. Are you now or have you ever been Banned at Skyblock (explain)? Not on .org but a few times on .net.
4. Did you read the rules & in-game /warp FAQ? Yes but unsure is using someones spawner without them knowing is ilelgal.
5. What exactly did you do? (Rules broken, dates, coords, in-game accomplices) ? I don't know if this is breaking a rule but I used someones spawner to bet bones. I dont know whose spawner it was. I think it is illegal.
6. Why do YOU think you deserve Amnesty ? Because on .org I am poor and I needed bones. I will ask before using someone elses spawner next time.

Using someone's spawner is legal, using other's pumpkin farms is illegal, might've gotten the two mixed up.
But if there is a sign like: "Do not use this without permission" I'd stay away. But was there?

I thought it would go under looting because I was picking up the skeletons loot.

 

If they have a warp to their spawner then you're allowed, if they don't then it's looting.

Glad to have that sorted. Also, there are plenty of places with warps to spawners, and you can get a lot more then bones.
