All the staff are fine, I love each and everyone of them the exact same. Couldn't live without them. Let's juts list some of the great moments I've spent with my bestest buddies on .net
-They watch me all the time Just like my guardian angels. Waiting for me to slip up and ban me forever and ever
-They just love spending time at my island. Always snooping around my chests to make sure all my items are safe for me. What caring friends
-They take their caring touching fingers and carefully run it across the keyboard to type /ban shadowdragon8798, what nice people being so gentle with my bans
-They are always talking about me in the staff chats they have. I'm always on their minds I'm like the main topic of their conversations.
-They always want to figure out my secrets just like best friends
And most importantly. My favorite memory. Getting banned for owning legal items That was the best.

Okay so honesty is good, right? Well then I am going to be blatantly honest.

I was pretty neutral about your promotion. Gg, congrats, whatnot, but the thing is that before you were promoted I haven't seen you active on the forums. Now that you are a trial moderator, I haven't been too pleased about what I see in-game.

At first, it was just you talking about how you are really tired in chat, or that you have homework or school, how moderating is a lot of work, about your boyfriend, etc. And then there is the occasional 'Dirt trade is illegal'. Sometimes I feel like when you are online that you don't tend to many player needs. And on many occasions you are the only mod online.

How you can improve?

- learn how to handle problems better
This is a big one too. Yesturday when you used /ignore on a player I was not very happy about hearing that. You should not ignore players just like players shouldn't ignore mods. If you ignore a player how can you you help him when he is calling for a mods help? How can a player listen to a mod's directions if he has this mod on ignore?

I mainly just watch forums, I don't really post much on here even now as a mod I still don't, I only make a post every now and then so people know I'm here if they need a mod to contact. I don't feel like making useless or boring content that has no point to it so I don't really know what else to post but regardless I look at whats going on.
As for in game I'm starting to get more quiet in chat as well because a lot of people only want to be my friend because I have mod slapped in front of my name and I feel used, I do watch quietly and I tired to help, I just do it quietly.
I'm still new to modding and I'm still trying to learn how to handle problems, I ask one other mod for advice a lot and how he would do things, I also try and get help from a few friends, telling me a make up situation and how I would act about it- I really am trying to improve. As for chat I'm not really talkative, I used to be but that was before I had my little quit-fit a month ago, now I don't really talk in chat unless if someone calls me out in public and starts conversation which is usually the cases because my friends don't want me to turn anti-social in the public chat- I don't blame them but regardless I'd still rather just watch the chat and leave the talking to private messaging which is what I usually do, its easier to sort out everything xD
As for the ignoring part, I usually never ignore anyone >-< I've only ignored 3 people and two of them where before I was a mod but in this case it was constant harassment and I always thought that it was a little over the top to kick/mute/ban... I did when they pm spammed but after awhile it was happening to constantly, I didn't think that just because he was harassing me that I should mute him because he talked on chat a lot as well... but I did unignore him regardless of how much I didn't want too... I still think its over the top of how I have to take huge measures on it instead of a simple easy ignore... But I still think its ridiculous that the entire server had a fit about me ignoring a player... I see why its a big deal now and how it can effect the server but the entire server didn't need to have a fit x_x

Thanks for your advice but the only thing I didn't see was needed was the ignore part >-< but besides that thanks X3 I'll make sure I'll work on it x3
